Making tax digital and computerisation of accounting records
From April 2019 there will be a requirement for most VAT Returns to be submitted to HMRC via software that connects directly to an HMRC computer without human intervention. This change will be the start of a general movement towards an increased reliance on technology for the recording of business transactions and will lead the way towards the possibility of quarterly accounting and filing this information with the Inland Revenue as well as changes in the way tax is paid.
With this in mind, Probusiness has been training its staff in the use of Quickbooks, Xero, SAGE and Kashflow
We are therefore able to offer assistance with the setting up of this accounting software and training in its use as well as day to day support if required. We would also be happy to work out a scheme to assist a business with its bookkeeping work and by using cloud-based software, you will retain the ability to look at this whenever or wherever you wish.
Keeping accounting information up to date also means that we will be able to offer information and advice based upon recent actual data leaving you to concentrate on what you do best, grow your business!
If you would like to know more about this and how a partnership with Probusiness can benefit your business please do not hesitate to call Martin Bowe or Peter Male on 01749 677989.
